- In a frying pan, heat oil on high and quickly brown the grain-fed veal cutlets on both sides. Season with salt and pepper.
- Place the cutlets on a cookie sheet, add tomato sauce and cover with cheese mix.
- Brown in the oven under the upper element on high (broil).
- Serve on pasta of your choice.
